Irene Rohner (60%)
Managing Co-Director since March 2023A graduate geographer and sociologist, Irene Rohner has many years of experience in international cooperation and has worked for the UN, consulting firms and NGOs. She lived and worked in Southern Africa and South Asia, but also in fragile countries such as Yemen and Lebanon. This allowed her to demonstrate her project management skills, her creativity and her strength in building networks. She is passionate about supporting people, especially women, who are striving to improve their living conditions.
Vanda Mathis (60%)
Managing Co-Director since March 2023A world without mines is a world with more peace. Vanda Mathis dedicates her many years of experience in NPO management, fundraising and communication to achieve this goal. In various functions, the psychologist worked in social institutions in Switzerland and abroad, especially in countries of former Yugoslavia and in South America. She holds a degree in management in non-profit organizations and a diploma in development cooperation (Nadel) from ETH Zurich.
